After completing her physiotherapy studies, she started working in the weight loss industry, where the focus was on exercise and healthy nutrition. After the birth of her three children, she started working as a childminder in her own home and worked in families' homes for a period of 10 years.
I have been working at Thuis van Huis as a mediation officer since 2020. In addition to my administrative duties, maintaining contact with the childminder and parent is an important part of my work. In doing so, I can draw on my own experience as a childminder. I like to stay up to date with current developments.
I believe it is important that there are short lines of communication and that the parent or childminder feels heard. I strive for good childcare where every child can feel at home. Every child has the right to a quiet place and a stimulating environment where he or she can develop at their own pace.
